Job Summary

Keeps product moving through the warehouse accurately and safely. Picks, packs, and ships orders, receives incoming inventory, and maintains an organized work area so the operation runs on schedule.

Essential Functions

  1. Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and on schedule
  2. Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damage
  3. Put away inventory in designated locations and keep bin locations accurate in the system
  4. Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely
  5. Perform cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory counts
  6. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions
  • Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shifts, including overtime when needed

Preferred:

  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience
  • Forklift certification

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, stand and walk for the duration of a shift, and bend, reach, and climb ladders as needed.

Pay range example: $19–$24 per hour (adjust to your market; shift differentials may apply)
