Essential Functions

Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout

Qualifications

2+ years of maintenance experience
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Preferred:

HVAC or trade certification

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Ability to climb ladders, work in tight spaces, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
